BornTiger Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement applies when you submit, publish, or sell a product through BornTiger Market. By submitting a product for review, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement. The Creator represents and warrants that they are legally permitted to create, sell, and receive earnings from digital products under all applicable laws, tax rules, employment restrictions, and immigration requirements.

2. Creator Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, description, delivery, and support of your products. You must promptly correct misleading information and provide customers with clear usage instructions.

3. Product Ownership and Copyright

You retain ownership of your product. You confirm that every submitted file, image, description, and supporting asset is original to you or properly licensed for commercial sale and does not violate another party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

4. Product Review and Approval

BornTiger may review product quality, clarity, category fit, delivery, and market suitability. A submission may be approved, returned for revision, rejected, published, paused, or removed. Approval does not guarantee publication or sales.

5. Pricing

The minimum product price is $10 USD. BornTiger may reject or request changes to pricing that is inconsistent with marketplace rules, product scope, or customer expectations.

6. Platform Fees

There are no listing fees or monthly creator fees. For a sale attributed to the creator’s unique referral link, BornTiger’s platform fee is 15% and the creator keeps 85% of eligible net revenue. For a marketplace-generated sale, BornTiger’s platform fee is 30% and the creator keeps 70% of eligible net revenue. The source and fee allocation recorded when an order is created cannot be changed afterward.

7. Payment Processing Fees

Payment processor fees and other transaction costs are deducted before creator earnings are calculated. These costs may vary by payment method, currency, location, refund status, and the processor’s applicable terms.

8. Payouts and Verification

Dashboard amounts are estimates until transactions, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and deductions are finalized. BornTiger may request additional identity, tax, or payment verification before releasing payouts. Payouts may be delayed until required information is complete, accurate, and verified.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

BornTiger may administer refunds, reversals, and chargebacks when required by law, payment processor rules, marketplace policy, or the circumstances of a customer claim. Related amounts and costs may be deducted from current or future creator earnings.

10. Taxes, Employment, and Immigration Compliance

You are an independent creator and not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of BornTiger. You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying taxes that apply to your earnings and for complying with employment, visa, immigration, professional, and business-registration restrictions. BornTiger may collect or report information when required by applicable law.

11. Product Suspension and Removal

BornTiger may pause or remove a product for rights concerns, misleading information, security risks, repeated quality issues, policy violations, customer harm, payment risk, or legal requirements. Access obligations for previous customers may continue after removal.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

BornTiger may restrict or terminate a creator account for fraud, rights violations, inaccurate verification information, abusive behavior, repeated policy violations, or legal and payment risk. Obligations connected to completed orders, refunds, investigations, and outstanding settlements may continue after termination.

13. Changes to the Agreement

BornTiger may update this agreement as the marketplace develops. Material changes will be presented through the site, creator account, or email when appropriate. A new acceptance may be required before future submissions or payouts.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Unresolved disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable Korean law unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise.
