BornTiger Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement applies when you submit, publish, or sell a product through BornTiger Market. By submitting a product for review, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Creator eligibility and account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. BornTiger may request additional information needed to review a submission or administer the marketplace.

2. Product ownership and originality

You retain ownership of your product. You confirm that every submitted file, image, description, and supporting asset is original to you or properly licensed for commercial sale and does not violate another party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

3. Submission, review, and publication

BornTiger may review product quality, clarity, category fit, delivery, and market suitability. A submission may be approved, returned for revision, rejected, published, paused, or removed. Approval does not guarantee publication or sales.

4. Pricing and marketplace fees

The minimum product price is $10 USD. There are no listing fees or monthly creator fees. For a sale attributed to the creator’s unique referral link, BornTiger’s marketplace fee is 15% and the creator keeps 85% of eligible net revenue. For a marketplace-generated sale, BornTiger’s marketplace fee is 30% and the creator keeps 70% of eligible net revenue.

5. Net revenue and settlements

Creator earnings are calculated from amounts actually received after payment processing fees, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, taxes, and other applicable deductions. Dashboard amounts are estimates until the related transactions and deductions are finalized. Settlement timing and payment details may be communicated separately through the creator account or by BornTiger.

6. Referral attribution

Creator-referred sales are identified through BornTiger’s referral tracking. A customer must complete an eligible purchase under the active attribution rules for the creator-referred rate to apply. Orders retain the sales source and fee allocation recorded when the order is created.

7. Customer support and refunds

You must provide accurate usage instructions and reasonably assist with product-related questions. BornTiger may administer refunds, chargebacks, download support, and marketplace customer service when necessary.

8. Marketplace license

You grant BornTiger a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, market, deliver, and promote your submitted materials as needed to operate BornTiger Market and fulfill customer purchases. This license ends when the product is permanently removed, except where continued access is required for previous customers, records, or legal compliance.

9. Suspension and termination

BornTiger may pause or remove a product or creator account for rights concerns, misleading information, security risks, repeated quality issues, policy violations, or legal requirements. Obligations connected to completed orders, refunds, and outstanding settlements may continue after removal.

10. Updates and contact

BornTiger may update these terms as the marketplace develops. Material changes will be presented through the site, creator account, or email when appropriate. Questions about this agreement may be sent to hello@theborntiger.com.
