Creator & Content License Agreement

This agreement governs content submitted to BornTiger Market. The creator retains ownership and grants BornTiger the rights needed to review, market, sell, deliver, and support approved products as the seller of record.

1. Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and have authority to enter into this agreement. You represent that you are legally permitted to create and license the content and receive creator earnings under the laws, tax rules, employment restrictions, immigration requirements, and professional obligations applicable to you.

2. Ownership and Rights Warranty

You retain ownership of your product. You confirm that every file, image, description, and supporting asset is original to you or properly licensed and does not violate another party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

3. License to BornTiger

You grant BornTiger Corporation a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, display, format, market, promote, sell, distribute, transmit, and deliver approved content, and to grant customers the usage rights stated on the product page. This license is limited to operating and promoting BornTiger Market, fulfilling customer purchases, and preserving access for prior customers.

4. BornTiger as Seller

BornTiger Corporation is the seller to the customer. BornTiger controls checkout, payment collection, order confirmation, digital fulfillment, customer-facing refunds, and first-line purchase support. Your relationship with BornTiger is that of an independent content licensor, not a direct seller to the customer.

5. Creator Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, and completeness of your content and descriptions. You must provide clear usage instructions, promptly correct material errors, and reasonably assist BornTiger with product-specific customer questions.

6. Review, Pricing, and Publication

BornTiger may approve, return, reject, publish, pause, reprice with creator notice, or remove a submission based on quality, category fit, rights, legal, payment, or customer considerations. The minimum price for a paid downloadable product is $5 USD. Approval does not guarantee publication or sales.

7. Creator Revenue Share and Attribution

For an eligible sale attributed to your active referral link, your creator revenue share is 70% of eligible net revenue and BornTiger's share is 30%. Referral attribution begins only after a customer visits a valid link for your specific product and remains valid for that product for 7 days. Ordinary marketplace browsing does not create referral attribution. If a customer enters through a newer valid referral link for the same product, the most recent valid referral applies. For a sale generated through BornTiger Market without a valid referral, your creator revenue share is 60% of eligible net revenue and BornTiger's share is 40%. The recorded source and share for a completed order cannot be changed afterward.

8. Eligible Net Revenue

Eligible net revenue is the customer payment actually received by BornTiger, less payment processing fees, transaction taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks and related fees, currency conversion costs, payout processing fees, and other applicable order-specific deductions. Only amounts actually incurred and recorded for an order are deducted. There are no listing fees or monthly creator fees.

9. Creator Earnings and Verification

Dashboard amounts are estimates until transactions and deductions are finalized. Eligible creator earnings ordinarily become available 30 days after a completed sale, subject to payment risk, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks. Payouts are issued only when the available balance reaches $50 USD; smaller balances roll forward. Verification, disputes, legal requirements, or payment-provider delays may extend the timing. Before releasing creator earnings, BornTiger may request identity, tax, legal-capacity, and payout-account verification appropriate to the creator's location and status. No particular payout provider is promised by this agreement.

10. Refunds and Chargebacks

BornTiger determines and administers customer refunds, reversals, and chargebacks in accordance with applicable law, payment rules, and the published Refund Policy. Related amounts and costs may be deducted from current or future creator earnings.

11. Taxes and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for information and obligations applicable to your creator earnings, including tax, business-registration, employment, visa, immigration, and professional restrictions. BornTiger may withhold, collect, or report information and amounts when required by law. The precise tax classification of a payment depends on applicable law and the facts of the creator relationship.

12. Suspension and Removal

BornTiger may pause or remove content for rights concerns, misleading information, security risks, repeated quality issues, policy violations, customer harm, payment risk, or legal requirements. Customer access obligations and accounting for completed orders may continue after removal.

13. Termination

Either party may end future participation subject to outstanding orders and obligations. BornTiger may restrict or terminate an account for fraud, rights violations, inaccurate verification information, abuse, repeated policy violations, or legal and payment risk. Rights needed to serve previous customers survive to the extent reasonably necessary.

14. Independent Relationship

You are an independent content licensor and not an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or representative of BornTiger. You cannot bind BornTiger or make promises on its behalf.

15. Changes to this Agreement

BornTiger may update this agreement as the store develops. Material changes will be presented through the site, creator account, or email when appropriate. Acceptance of a new version may be required before a future submission, publication, or payment.

16. Governing Law and Contact

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to mandatory law that cannot be excluded. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Questions and legal notices may be sent to hello@theborntiger.com.

Customer Terms of Use

These terms apply to purchases from BornTiger Market. BornTiger Corporation is the seller and contracting party for products purchased through this checkout.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use purchases only through the account that completed the order.

2. Products and Pricing

Product pages describe the content, format, price, and intended use. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. BornTiger may correct obvious errors before completing an order.

3. Payment and Contract

Your order is complete only after BornTiger verifies successful payment. Your payment statement, order confirmation, download access, and customer support are provided in connection with BornTiger Corporation as seller.

4. Digital Delivery

Paid downloadable products are made available after confirmed payment. Download links are time-limited and subject to the allowance displayed in your account. Download access begins when you request a secure download and BornTiger successfully issues its time-limited URL. Contact support if a verified technical failure prevents delivery.

5. Customer License

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases grant one customer a personal or internal-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or claim ownership of the product.

6. Hosted Services

Some BornTiger-owned tools are showcased in the market but operate on a separate service website. Any separate subscription or account terms are presented by that service before use or purchase.

7. Refunds

A paid downloadable order may be cancelled for a full refund if BornTiger receives the request within the period stated in the Refund Policy and no secure download has begun. After download access begins, change-of-mind cancellation may be restricted to the extent permitted by law. Defective, misdescribed, duplicate, unauthorized, or undeliverable orders remain subject to the Refund Policy, payment-provider rules, and applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the site, bypass access controls, interfere with security, upload malicious material, or use products unlawfully.

9. Intellectual Property

BornTiger, creators, and licensors retain their respective intellectual property rights. A purchase transfers only the customer license expressly described above or on the product page.

10. Liability and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss connected to the affected order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to mandatory consumer law applicable to you.

BornTiger Market Privacy Policy

BornTiger Corporation values your privacy. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use BornTiger Market, including buyer accounts, creator submissions, digital purchases, downloads, referrals, newsletters, and customer support. BornTiger Corporation is the controller responsible for this service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information may include your name, email address, Firebase user ID, authentication provider, account role, and information you voluntarily add to your profile. We do not receive your Google password.

Order and service information may include product and order details, payment status and approval references, refund or cancellation records, download activity, referral attribution, and customer-support communications. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by BornTiger Market.

Creator information may include legal name, country of residence, tax residence, individual or business status, verification responses, agreement version and acceptance time, product descriptions, preview images, submitted files, review records, sales records, and estimated creator earnings.

Newsletter information includes the email address, consent status and time, and signup source. Technical information may include IP address, browser or device information, access time, security logs, and cookies or similar identifiers needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to create and manage accounts; authenticate users; review and publish products; process orders and payments; provide secure downloads; record referrals; calculate creator earnings; respond to inquiries; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security; send consented newsletters; improve the service; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and dispute-resolution obligations.

3. Consent and Legal Requirements

We collect information when you create an account, submit a product, purchase or download a product, join the newsletter, contact support, or otherwise provide information. Where consent is required, the relevant form presents the purpose of collection before submission. Some information is necessary to perform a contract, provide the requested service, protect legitimate security interests, or comply with law.

4. Cookies and Authentication

BornTiger Market and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, referral attribution, preferences, and core site operation. You may control cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent login, checkout, downloads, or other account features from working correctly.

5. Service Providers

BornTiger uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud services for hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, server functions, security, and service operation. PayPal is used for payment approval, capture, cancellation, refund processing, and payment records where PayPal checkout is offered. Email or communication providers may be used to deliver notices and respond to inquiries. Information shared with providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant task.

6. Sharing and International Processing

BornTiger does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, professional advisers, or public authorities when necessary to provide the service, process a transaction, protect users, respond to a lawful request, or comply with applicable law. Because BornTiger Market serves an international audience and uses global service providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and provider terms.

7. Retention and Deletion

Account information is generally retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required by law. Transaction, contract, payment, and digital-supply records may be retained for five years; customer complaint and dispute records may be retained for three years; and creator agreement, verification, tax, or accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and legitimate business obligations. Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or consent is otherwise withdrawn.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when retention is required for completed transactions, fraud prevention, accounting, taxes, legal claims, or other statutory obligations.

9. Security

BornTiger uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, authenticated server operations, restricted storage rules, and time-limited download links. No online system is completely risk-free, so users should protect their account credentials and contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.

10. Children

BornTiger Market is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly create creator or buyer accounts for children under 14 without the consent and procedures required by applicable law.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy when services, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced through the website or another appropriate channel before they take effect where required.

BornTiger Refund Policy

BornTiger Corporation handles refunds and purchase support for paid downloadable products sold through BornTiger Market. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer right that applies in the buyer's country.

1. Full Refund Before Download

You may cancel a paid downloadable order for a full refund when both conditions are met: (a) you send the request within 7 days after the later of order confirmation or the date the file first becomes available in your account; and (b) no secure download has begun for that order.

2. When Download Access Begins

Download access begins when you select Secure download and BornTiger's server successfully issues the time-limited download URL. BornTiger records this event in the order's download history. Merely completing payment or seeing the product in your Buyer Library does not by itself count as beginning a download. If a verified technical failure prevents the URL or file from being delivered, BornTiger will investigate and restore access or provide another legally appropriate remedy.

3. After Download Begins

After download access begins, a change-of-mind cancellation is not available to the extent permitted by applicable law because the digital content has begun to be supplied. This restriction does not apply where mandatory law provides otherwise.

4. Defective, Misdescribed, or Undelivered Products

Contact BornTiger if the product is materially different from its description, the supplied file is defective or unsafe, a duplicate or unauthorized payment occurred, or a verified technical problem prevents access and BornTiger cannot resolve it within a reasonable time. Rights and request periods required by applicable law remain available. Under Korean law, where supplied content differs from its description or the contract, statutory cancellation rights may extend to 3 months after supply or 30 days after the buyer knew or could have known of the issue, whichever is applicable under that law.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@theborntiger.com with your order ID, account email, product name, and reason for the request. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. BornTiger will use the server-side download history, payment record, and support record to review eligibility.

6. Refund Amount and Method

Eligible cancellations under Section 1 are refunded in full to the original payment method. BornTiger does not ordinarily issue partial refunds for a single-product order. A partial refund may occur only when required by law, expressly agreed as a resolution, or applied by the payment provider. Where Korean law requires a refund, BornTiger will take the required refund action within 3 business days after a valid cancellation request; the time for the funds to appear may additionally depend on PayPal, the card issuer, or the buyer's financial institution.

7. PayPal Disputes and Mandatory Rights

PayPal Buyer Protection and card-issuer dispute rules may apply separately according to the buyer's location and PayPal's terms. Those processes do not replace mandatory consumer rights or this policy. Please contact BornTiger first where practical so we can investigate promptly.

8. Free Downloads and External Services

Free downloads have no purchase price to refund. A hosted service that completes its own sale outside BornTiger Market is governed by the checkout and refund terms shown by that service.

9. Abuse

BornTiger may deny requests involving fraud, repeated abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or false claims, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
